Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using StudyMate, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

StudyMate service

StudyMate is an OrgSpace product for technical interview preparation. It provides learning material, interview questions, coding practice, notifications, and support features. Content is educational and does not guarantee employment, interview success, certification, or any particular outcome.

Accounts and security

You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless caused by a failure within StudyMate.

Acceptable use

You must not disrupt the service, bypass access controls, introduce malicious code, misuse another user account, automate abusive requests, scrape protected content, infringe intellectual-property rights, or use StudyMate unlawfully.

Content and intellectual property

StudyMate and its original content, branding, software, and presentation are owned by or licensed to OrgSpace. Your access is personal, limited, non-exclusive, and revocable. You retain responsibility for feedback and support content you submit and grant OrgSpace permission to process it for providing and improving the service.

Availability and changes

Features may be changed, suspended, or discontinued for maintenance, security, legal, or operational reasons. We may update these terms, and the version and effective date shown on this page identify the terms currently in effect.

Account restriction and termination

Access may be restricted or terminated when an account violates these terms, creates security or legal risk, or abuses the service. You may stop using StudyMate and request account deletion through the published data-deletion page.

Disclaimers and limitation

StudyMate is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. Educational material may contain errors or become outdated. OrgSpace is not responsible for hiring decisions or outcomes made by employers or other third parties.
