Request deletion of your StudyMate data

Submit a request to delete your StudyMate account or selected app data. Save the private reference and status code to follow its progress.

Data covered

Depending on your selected scope, deletion can cover the account and login sessions, notification-read history, ratings and feedback, and support-ticket conversations.

Study materials are shared product content and are not personal data. Information required by law, fraud prevention, or minimum security auditing may be retained only for the required period.

What happens next

An authorized StudyMate administrator verifies the request.
The administrator approves, rejects, or requests additional information.
Approved data is deleted or anonymized and the request is marked completed.
Requests are normally completed within 30 days.

The deletion-request audit record may be retained for up to 90 days after closure, then purged when no longer required.
